Kitty Tuna Bites are easy to fix, and even if you’re not a cooking person, you’ll pull it off!

Ingredients

  • 1 Can of Tuna in Oil, undrained
  • ¾ Cup Coconut Flour
  • ½ Cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 Egg

Directions

  • Heat oven to 330 Fahrenheit
  • Combine the tuna and eggs in a food processor and blend well.
  • In a bowl, combine the flour and tuna mixture. Mix well.
  • Switch to using your hands and knead the dough.
  • Sprinkle wheat flour on a flat surface and easily flatten out the dough with your hand, then gingerly use a rolling pin to flatten out the dough to about ¼ inch thick.
  • Roll the dough in small, short rolling motions instead of longer, harder rolling motions, as you would a pie crust.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and cut out dough with ¾ of an inch to an inch cookie cutters.
  • Place treats on the sheet and bake for about 15 minutes, or until hard.

2. Pumpkin Smoothies

Besides food, the other thing that marks a good holiday is a quality glass of wine.

And simply because your cat’s system can’t handle alcohol doesn’t mean they can’t have a refreshing drink.

You can make the pumpkin smoothie in advance and freeze it for the big day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of plain, non-fat yogurt
  • 1 cup of pumpkin puree (ensure you use a plain pumpkin because pre-made pumpkin mixes may have sugar additives that aren’t healthy for your kitty).

Directions

  • Blend the pumpkin and yogurt to get a smoothie
  • Serve
