1. Charli

While Kourtney Kardashian may be known for posting photos on social media and starring in her family’s TV show, she is also a lover of Bengal cats.

In fact, Kourtney has her own called Charli, who was adopted.

She often features on Kourtney’s Instagram for the world to see. This name is perfect for either a male or female cat, which is why I love it.

2. Sheila

Lea Michele is well known for her time on the hit TV show Glee and is also a lover of cats.

She often posts photos of her cat Sheila on social media, who has the most unique coloring with a mixture of black and ginger fur.

Sheila is a more traditional name, but it will work really well with any female cat.

3. Meredith Grey

This list wouldn’t be complete without including Taylor Swift’s cats.

The singer often talks about her cats and has shown them off for years on Instagram.

Meredith Grey (as in the lead character from Grey’s Anatomy) is one of the cats and loves to strike a pose.

What’s interesting about this name is that you could choose to call a female cat Meredith and a male cat Grey, which is a really unique name.

4. Fern

I’m a big fan of using nature as inspiration for a pet’s name and it seems actress Drew Barrymore is the same.

She adopted her cat Fern along with two her cats for her daughters, to help keep them company. Cat lovers will adore the photos, which are regularly posted on social media.

5. Moke

One of the more unique names on this list.

Moke belongs to actor Ian Somerhalder from The Vampire Diaries, who is known for rescuing animals and is often working to make the world a better place.

Moke is a ginger cat with the fluffiest fur and a great name to match.

6. Ollie

Comedian Ricky Gervais may seem a little gruff at times, but when it comes to animals, he is a real softie.

He has a beloved cat called Ollie, who has the most amazing eyes and coloring.

Ollie is a good name for either a male or female cat, which is why I decided to add it to this list.

7. Olivia Benson

Meredith has already featured, but we couldn’t leave out Taylor Swift’s other cat Olivia Benson.

It seems both of them love the camera and Olivia is a fan favorite with people on social media.

Similar to Meredith’s name, you could name a female kitten Olivia and a male kitten Benson. Personally, I love Benson as it is so unusual and will make your cat stand out.

8. Wallace

Wallace is an adorable Bengal cat who belongs to singer Ellie Goulding, along with another cat called Lennon.

Wallace is an old-fashioned name, which is why I think it belongs on this list along with the more modern ones.

Not to mention, this is also a good choice if you are a fan of Wallace and Gromit.

9. Cleo

While Gigi Hadid spends a lot of time at fashion shoots and walking on runways, she also gives a lot of attention to her cat, Cleo.

Cleo enjoys taking naps, which Gigi has taken photos of before.

I do wonder whether she named her after Cleopatra from Egyptian mythology, where a lot of names can be taken as inspiration.

10. Morrissey

There are a number of people who have named their cats Morrissey after the former Smiths frontman and comedian Russell Brand is one of them.

His cat has a lovely black and white coat and it is clear to see that Russell loves him.

There you have it, some of the best celebrity cat names which you can use as inspiration for your next cat.
